Workday Absence & HCM Specialist

Zakres obowiązków:

• Serve as a subject matter expert inWorkdayAbsence and HCM matters andinvolve in designand modification efforts forcontinual systemalignment with businessobjectives.
• Perform Workday administrativefunctionsrelating to Workday Absence andHCM modules.
• Manage the Production andestablish awell-controlled systemsenvironment.
• Provide end-user support, changemanagementand issue resolution.

Szukamy Ciebie jeśli:

• You have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Absence and HCM modules,
• You have experience in optimizing Workday Absence and HCM modules processes,
• You have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration,
• You have ability to create test plans and conduct testing,
• You have ability to resolve issues on Workday Absence and HCM,
• You have 1+ years of experience in Workday Absence and HCM modules,
• You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Dodatkowo zapunktujesz za:

• Cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday,
• HR functional experience,
• Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,
• You actively seek for improvements & innovations,
• Ability to pay strong attention to details.
